Photo Etched pins

A logo or an image of the lapel pin design is transferred from a photographic negative onto the bronze metal through a sensitization process and an acid reaction process is carried out to form the pin design required. In addition, the acids & impurities are washed off of the pin before the enamel colors are inserted manually. Again, the hard fire baking, polishing, plating & even epoxy coating are still the standard procedures to finish this item.
